Information, not advice
Gossippet publishes general information for travellers. It is not veterinary, legal or immigration advice, and it cannot cover every route, breed or personal situation. Your vet, your airline or transport operator, and the official authorities have the final say.
Rules change
Entry requirements, airline policies, fees and local ordinances are updated regularly: some within weeks. Each guide shows when it was last updated (currently September 2026). If a date matters for your trip, check it against the official source below before you book.

How we use sources
Key rules in our guides link to the source they come from. Where an official source and a secondary source (a blog, a travel site) differ, we follow the official one. Fees and policies at hotels, airlines and restaurants are set by those businesses and can change without notice.
