The microchip-then-rabies-vaccine sequence, and the 21-day wait that follows a first vaccination, is the single biggest fixed-timing constraint in the whole process — everything else (the AHC, the tapeworm treatment) is scheduled much closer to the travel date itself, but this step has to happen early enough to clear its own waiting period with room to spare.
