Driving into Sweden from Denmark over the Öresund Bridge is the main land crossing most visiting pet owners will use, since there's no ferry or ISO-standard customs post for pets the way there is on a flight or ferry arrival. The documentation itself doesn't change by route: microchip, rabies vaccination given at least 21 days before travel, and a valid EU pet passport if you're an EU resident, or a health certificate if you're not.

What does carry over regardless of how you enter is the Tullverket reporting requirement covered in the Documents section: a non-commercial pet movement from another EU country into Sweden has to be reported to Swedish customs, whether that's in person at a border point or filed online in advance. Filing online before you drive is the more practical option on a bridge crossing, where there isn't always a staffed customs point to report to in person.

The Öresund Bridge operator's own border-control guidance covers general customs checks for the crossing, and while it doesn't single out pets specifically, the same underlying Tullverket obligation applies here as it would arriving by air or sea — it's simply easier to handle in advance, online, before you set off.
